Free, No-Hassle Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns by mail for free, provided the item (s) is returned to us within 30 of purchase and all items are in original, saleable, condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

How To Make A Return  

Submit a return request

1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or the Returns page, and request a return.

2. Log in to your account:
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  •  In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit   verification code included in the email.
  •     Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. Click the order that you want to submit for return.
4. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request return.

You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


Please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding box. If you have multiple return labels, return items in separate boxes and apply the correct return label to each box to ensure you receive your refund without further delays.

Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at the current selling price.

We apologize if your item(s) arrived damaged. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to replace the item(s) if available or provide you with a full refund.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 30 days to 90 days, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ggraceinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
