I saw the same pattern with plus-size womenswear brands time and again. They would launch with beautiful, fashion-forward collections you couldn't wait to try on. But a few years later, the focus on fashion seemed to disappear, and the options no longer felt modern.

As a mother of five, I recognized another reality. Most women are balancing responsibilities that don't end when the workday does. Rarely is there time to change outfits between leaving work, running errands, and showing up for the people who depend on us. I wanted to create clothing that could move seamlessly through it all. Designing pieces that feel comfortable, look fabulous, and won't quit until you do became the foundation for everything that followed.

Giulia Grace was created for the curvy woman and for the working mom who wants to look polished without sacrificing comfort. Every piece is thoughtfully designed with detailed construction that provides structure and a flattering fit, while carefully selected fabrics offer the fluidity needed for real life. The goal is simple: modern, versatile pieces that can be dressed up or down to move with you throughout your day.

For thirteen years, Giulia Grace existed only as a dream. During that time, my husband and I were raising five children while juggling all the responsibilities that come with family life. Like many families, our days were filled with work, academics, student activities, household chores, and making time for each other. There was never a perfect time to start a clothing brand, but I kept putting one foot in front of the other, stealing moments whenever I could to work toward that goal.

I chose to build Giulia Grace without investors because I had a clear vision for what I wanted to create—pieces made with quality fabrics, thoughtful construction, and details that wouldn't be sacrificed in the name of cutting costs. That freedom allowed me to stay true to my vision. I invested my own savings and even sold my truck to fund our first production run. Every piece in this collection represents years of planning, persistence, and a commitment to creating clothing that women truly enjoy wearing.
